The building is a fine example of early Georgian architecture emanating from the wealth and cultural progress of the merchant port at the time.

This domestic project involved a series of internal alterations, starting with the crucial hub, the kitchen. To create a seamless connection between the living room and kitchen, the wall was dismantled. It opened up the space, allowing natural light to flood the room, as well as fostering a sense of unity and warmth.
